Most clients hit 2-3 sessions per week depending on training load. Some do daily short sessions. We recommend consistency, not occasional extremes.

You’ll often feel recovery, clarity, less soreness same day. Over a few weeks expect better sleep, better performance, less fatigue. We like to ensure that our clients are getting benefits from our offerings at Primal.

Can I come in just for one service, or do I need to use all?
You can absolutely pick and choose. Some clients come in just for ice, some stack three services. Your body, your play. We encourage you to explore what unlocks recovery for you.
