We don’t do refunds just because you ghosted your gains and changed your mind.
Make sure it’s what you want before you hit “Buy.”
Faulty or Damaged Gear
If your item rocks up busted or defective, we’ll replace it or refund it.
No forms, no nonsense — just email us within 7 days of receiving it with:
Your order number
A photo of the issue
A brief description (you don’t need to write a novel)
Eligibility Rules
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery
You cover return postage unless it was our stuff-up
How Long It Takes
Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Timing may vary depending on your bank and the alignment of the moons.
Exceptions
We don’t offer refunds on:
Digital products
Items marked “Final Sale”
Anything that’s clearly been used like it’s done rounds in a gym warzone
