Took a bit of getting used to — it doesn’t foam like normal toothpaste so the first few days felt a bit odd. But after a week I noticed my gums felt less irritated and my mouth wasn’t getting that dry, stripped feeling after brushing. Taste is a natural peppermint, nothing artificial.
